These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Global Relations Limited regarding services rendered or to be rendered by Global Relations Limited. In the event of conflict with any communications, proposals, contracts, marketing materials, or agreements, these Terms and Conditions shall control. Submission of source materials (as defined below) constitutes acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
"Global Relations Ltd", "Global Relations" and " Global Relations Translation " mean Global Relations Limited.
"Client" means the individual or business entity that executes this contract.
"Source Material(s)" means the documents, materials, and other items furnished to Global Relations Limited for translation or other works hereunder.
"Deliverable(s)" means the final, translated version of the Source Materials.
"Project (s)" means the nature of the Document or Assignment. A Project management Overview on the nature of the Strategy and the Planning of the Project.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The nature of the work performed and any information transmitted to Global Relations by Client shall be confidential. Global Relations shall not without the prior consent of client, divulge or otherwise disclose such information to any person other than authorized employees or authorized subcontractors of Global Relations whose job performance requires such acts. The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to the extent Global Relations is required by law to divulge such information or to the extent such information is or becomes a matter of public knowledge other than by disclosure by Global Relations.
Strict Confidentiality Guidelines are measured to ensure the Rules and the Policy within Global Relations are followed. All Employee of Global Relations are guided to follow the Terms and Conditions and understand the Breach of any Conditions. All Parties Involved and Concerned with the Project Materials /Source of materials/ handling Documents / correspondence with advisory reference for interpreting service are (not) authorized to share any Information with the Third Parties without permission or the Consent of the "Client" or the individual or business entity.
Recruitment Policy within Global Relations is of Strict Confidentiality. All Guidelines are measured carefully with greater care and followed accordingly. All employees working within Global Relations are committed into a binding Agreement Contract within the Company regularities and the Company Confidentiality Guidelines Policy and Practice.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF DATA
Global Relations has the "Right" to store any Data/ Documentation / advisory reference of the Concerned Project for a timeframe minimum of six Months. Retrieving any data/ Document/ Information use will be purely for Client Reference Purposes and other Legal and Practicing means only by the two parties Concerned. Disposal of any Data / Documentation advisory reference of the Concerned Project are disposed after six Months.
BREACHING CONFIDENTIALITY CONDITIONS
Breaching any Terms and Conditions or Company Guidelines within the binding Agreement (as stated on Contract) with Global Relations will mean "Global Relations" shall have the right to terminate their Contract with Employees as the Condition of Breach is met. All Binding Agreements are Governed and will take effect in accordance with the English Law.
The Terms and Conditions of the Confidentiality are subject to Change at the discretions of "Global Relations".
