The Process of Certified Translation Services

Step 1: Examination of the documents submitted

Upon receiving your documents by fax, email(scanned) or post, we carry out the examination process of the documents in order for us to assign the translations to the appropriate translators. We may contact you again to verify the illegible contents.

Step 2: Translation Process

Once confirmed, the translation process will be started straight away. We guarrantee that the translation will only be carried out by our Qualified Translators.

Step 3: Verification / Proofreading

Once the translation is completed, we carry out the proofreading process to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the translation.

Step 4: Certification / Authentication

We authenticate the translation by issuing an official certificate. We authenticate the translation by issuing an official certificate.

Step 5: The Certificate:

A copy of the document and the translation are bind together and sealed with the embossing stamp with the certificate at the front. This is the complete and final process of the certified translation.

Notarisation

The authenticated certificate provides the declaration which is made in writing and on oath before a notary public. The declaration is printed at the front of the certificate and verifies its legality.

If the notarisation is required for legal purposes, such as in court, after the completion of the above process the certified translation will be presented to a notary public office by the signatory of the certificate we produced.

Apostille

If the apostille is required in a foreign country that has signed the Hague Convention (click here for the list of Hague Convention member countries), you may need the notarised translation to be apostilled.

The authenticated certificate also sates the signature of the public official (the Foreign & Commonwealth Office) who has signed the document. The Apostille seal confirms the validity therefore document to be recognised as legal without further evidence in another member state.
