Step 1: Examination of the documents submitted
Upon receiving your documents by fax, email(scanned) or post, we carry out the examination process of the documents in order for us to assign the translations to the appropriate translators. We may contact you again to verify the illegible contents. |

Notarisation
The authenticated certificate provides the declaration which is made in writing and on oath before a notary public. The declaration is printed at the front of the certificate and verifies its legality.
If the notarisation is required for legal purposes, such as in court, after the completion of the above process the certified translation will be presented to a notary public office by the signatory of the certificate we produced.
